Delivery of purchased products
- Iberian Peninsula and Portugal – 1 to 2 business days after purchase.
- Balearic and Canary Islands - 3 to 4 business days.
- United Kingdom - 2 / 3 business days.
- USA - 2 / 3 business days through UPS.
- Other international destinations – 3 to 14 days depending on the destination.
- Purchased products will be delivered to the person and at the address specified in the order.
- Invoices will be sent to the email address specified by the customer when registering in AtG and only at the customer’s request.
- The purchased products shall not be delivered nor sent on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
- A delay in the delivery will not imply cancellation or compensation of any kind.
- The purchased products shall be considered delivered once the carrier has delivered the package to the customer and the customer has signed the receipt. The customer shall verify the condition of the merchandise and note any deviations in the delivery note.

- The shipping time in the Iberian Peninsula is of 24 to 48 hours, but AtG shall not be liable and shall not proceed to any compensation or refund in case of a delay in the delivery of the purchased products (not related to AtG).
- Cash on delivery is only accepted for deliveries in Spain.
Cost of postage
The cost of postage is calculated based on the foreseen weight of the product and the packaging and it corresponds to the fee the courier has agreed with Artesanía textil de Grazalema SA.
Return and cancelation policy
Returning a product
Our policy, in compliance with the applicable regulations, gives the costumer the right to return any of the products purchased in AtG within 7 days from the delivery date.
You don’t need to explain your decision; AtG will simply accept back all products purchased in AtG as long as they are returned in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition.
AtG will reimburse your purchase within 7 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Before returning the purchased product, you must inform the customer service.
If you are returning a product because it has a defect or it does not correspond to your order, AtG shall pay for the return and the new postage. If you are returning a product because you are not satisfied with it, your purchase will be reimbursed, but you shall still pay for the cost of postage and of the return postage. If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to change it for something else, you shall take care of the postage.
Cancelling an order
If you cancel your order before the products have been sent to the customer, you will bear no expenses. If you cancel it after the products have left our premises, you shall pay for the cost of postage and of the return postage.
